Can be applied on the skin, in an odour bottle. Orange Essence is a blend of plant oils and essential oils, so cannot be used in a vaporizer.

Menstrual cramp. If it feels good, you can also put a hot water bottle on your belly afterwards.

Bloat.

Sedentary: massage 15 drops of Orange Essence clockwise over the entire abdomen, then inhale the scent left on your hands, inhaling deeply and long, 7 times. Make sure you drink at least 2-2.5 litres of water a day.

Spasmodic cough.

Sniffing bottle: if stress is almost constricting your throat, if you have a lump in your stomach, sniff deeply into the bottle, inhaling the scent 7 times in a row, slowly and rhythmically, even several times a day. Also, rub 5 drops of Orange Essence on the area of your stomach to physically release the cramping sensation.
