What do I need to know before I join a loyalty club?
A loyalty club is a digital loyalty programme that comes with a virtual ID. After joining, you will be credited with 1 point for every £100 you spend. After joining, you will receive a 10% discount coupon if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Who and where can join the loyalty club?
All our retail customers can join when they register in our online shop.
How much is a point worth?
1 point = 1 Ft. A maximum of 50% of the basket value can be redeemed in points during a purchase.
How many points can I use at once?
1 point = 1 Ft and up to 50% of the total amount of the basket, up to a maximum of 5000 points can be used at any one time. The number of points that can be used for a given purchase is automatically displayed in the basket in the 'USE POINTS' field and will be automatically deducted from the basket total when used.
How long are my points valid for?
On 1 January of each year, the points will start accumulating again. Points earned in the previous year can be redeemed up to 31 March of the current year; any points not redeemed by then will be cancelled.
What products can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem your points for any product, whether ADRIENNE FELLER or Panarom, but only up to 50% of the basket value.
When will I receive the coupon for subscribing to the newsletter?
Within 24 hours of registration, you will receive a confirmation email with the coupon, which you can use once, for both ADRIENNE FELLER and Panarom products. This coupon cannot be combined with other discounts.
Can I earn points for coupon or discount purchases?
Yes, points will be credited to the basket total reduced by the coupon/discount.
How can I use my points?
Before you checkout in the online shop, enter the amount of points you wish to use in the "USE POINTS" field below the contents of your shopping cart. When you click on the "USE" button, these points will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your basket.
Do I get points for each order?
Yes, you will receive points at the end of each purchase, except when purchasing in EUR. If you have purchased with a coupon/discount, points will be credited after the final basket amount reduced by the coupon/discount.
Can I collect and redeem my points when I pay in euros?
No, you can only collect and redeem loyalty points when paying in HUF.
When do I reach the extra level?
Once you have accumulated 600 points you will automatically be added to the Club Extra and we will give you 1 point every 50 Ft you spend.
Are there any products for which I don't get points?
No, it applies to all products.
Where can I check my points?
You can find your points statistics, i.e. your points available for use, your total points accumulated in the current year, your pending points and their associated orders, and your loyalty points used, under 'Loyalty Points' in the My Account menu.
I have made a purchase but I don't see my credited points yet, where are they?
If you have placed an order, you will have your points pending for 15 days after the package has been completed. Your points will then automatically go into a spendable status.
If I order both ADRIENNE FELLER and Panarom products, will I receive my products in one package?
Yes.
I have not received an email about the points credit. How will I know?
In my account, under the 'THERAPY POINTS' tab.
If I return product(s), will my 'Pending' points be lost?
Yes, they will be deleted in proportion to the value of the items returned.
If I return product(s), will my points used in the order be lost?
No. After returning the product(s), you will receive a refund in proportion to the value of the item(s) returned.
Are the points I have collected valid at the MOM ParkADRIENNE FELLER Store and the Mammut I. Panarom Store?
Points accumulated in the online loyalty club cannot be used in the ADRIENNE FELLER Store or Panarom Store. The ADRIENNE FELLER Store has its own loyalty scheme, which can be claimed in the store. Points accumulated there cannot be used in the online store. The Panarom store does not currently have its own loyalty scheme.
I am an aromatherapist, can I participate in the Loyalty Club if I buy ADRIENNE FELLER products?
No, the loyalty club is only open to retail customers.
What is the maximum number of points I can get for a purchase?
A maximum of 5000 points will be credited per purchase.
How long is a promotion, coupon or offer valid?
The expiry date of all promotions, coupons and offers varies. This will always be stated in the offer.
Can I remove myself from the Loyalty Club?

Can I use both a coupon and loyalty points?
Yes, you can enter the coupon code and the loyalty points you wish to use in a separate field in the shopping cart.
