ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: H-5126 Jászfényszaru, Albert Einstein út 3.; tax number: 25401013-2-16; company registration number: 16-10-001818 registered at the Szolnok General Court; hereinafter referred to as ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt.) provides the possibility of rating the products available for purchase in the ADRIENNE FELLER webshop and the ADRIENNE FELLER Store on adriennefeller.com (hereinafter referred to as the " Website") with text and a rating of 1 to 5 stars. The purpose of this Product Review and Moderation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy") is to provide transparent and clear information to both the readers and the creators of product reviews (hereinafter jointly referred to as “People Concerned").

Only registered users of the Website can submit product reviews.

The submission of product reviews is voluntary and ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. does not offer any form of discount or benefit for them.

Please also note that reviews submitted will appear on the Website after moderation and approval. ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. does not refuse to publish reviews with negative content or low scores per se, and will moderate reviews according to the moderation principles described in detail in this Policy.

1. The product rating process

 Product reviews published on the Website can be submitted in the ways described below:

By completing and submitting the electronic form available on the Website, anyone can submit a review of a product if they have experience with it.

Only complete the rating if you have real experience of the product being reviewed, thereby helping other people concerned to be properly informed.

Please note that the review should only contain your experiences, comments, and possible recommendations regarding the product.

Please provide a review only if you are at least 16 years old.

When submitting a review, the Reviewer will determine the name under which the rating will appear, ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. recommends the use of a nickname or abbreviated name.

Submission of the review requires acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of the product review. By submitting the review, the Reviewer states that he/she has read and understood the contents of this Policy.

The submitted product review will then be moderated as detailed below. The cancellation of a published review can be requested by sending an email to ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt.

Customers registered on the Website and customers of the ADRIENNE FELLER Store can send a request for a review by email to ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt.

1. Publication of product reviews

Product reviews submitted in accordance with this Policy and approved by ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. will be published primarily on the Website.

ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. reserves the right to publish product reviews on its advertising, social media, and other communication platforms.

By accepting the GTC, the data subject gives consent to the use of all the above-mentioned application methods. Upon request, the data subject will be informed by ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. about the use of the product review.

III. Moderation of product reviews

1. The moderation process

The submitted product review will be subject to a check by the Service Provider for compliance with the moderation principles. The check is done by a moderator.

If the check finds that the publication of the product review is not possible, the rejection will be immediately implemented by ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. Please contact the customer service of ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. to find out the reasons for refusal.

ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. reserves the right to refuse to publish any product review as a result of moderation if it violates any of the following prohibitions:

1. Unintelligible/unclear content: the text of the review is not understandable or obviously does not relate to the product.
2. Mention of competitors: mention of other businesses selling the product or type of product.
3. Use of a foreign language: the review is not in Hungarian.
4. Consumer complaint: the review includes a consumer claim, demand, or question about the product or service provided by ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. ADRIENNE FELLER Cosmetics Zrt. receives and handles consumer complaints at its customer service.
5. Mentioning of personal data: the review includes the name of the reviewer or his/her own or another person's personal data.
6. Indication of price: specific indication of the purchase price or other cost paid by the reviewer or substantive information on the price (e.g. available at a lower price than the price indicated on the Website)
7. Promotion: offering a product for sale or otherwise making it available, promoting it
8. Forbidden web links: embedding web links leading outside the Website
9. Infringing content: defamatory content able to damage reputation or otherwise violate personality rights, the rights of third parties, in particular copyright, patent, or trademark rights.

13. Promotional material, unsolicited or bulk emails or SMS (spam), chain letters, or other advertising.
14. Content containing viruses, computer worms, or other potentially malicious computer programmes or data

The information set out in this Policy, together with the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, shall be deemed to be complete. In the event of any discrepancy between this Policy and any other information on product reviews, the information set out in this Policy shall prevail.
