Blue Essence

Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a sniff bottle, vaporized.

Vaporized:

Can be used to reorganize the space, disinfect.

8-10 drops of Blue Essence, depending on the size of the space, into the diffuser.

For headache relief:

Rub 1-1 drop of Blue Essence into your temple area, breathe deeply and absorb the soothing, calming scent of Blue Essence.

Body massage/body rub:

10-12 drops of Blue Essence

10-20 ml apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)

Rub the mixture over your body or massage it into your skin. Of course, in the latter case, you will need more apricot kernel oil.

Treatment of bruises and minor wounds:

Drip 2-4 drops of Blue Essence on the bruised area, 3 times a day for 2 days. The essential oils in Blue Essence will disinfect the wound, relieve the painful, burning, itching sensation and regenerate the skin.

Sunburn treatment:

Depending on the size of the affected area, mix 4-6 drops of Blue Essence with Apricot Kernel Oil and gently apply to the area of skin affected by sunburn. You can also moisten your skin with Panarom true lavender hydrosol underneath at this time. Repeat every 2 hours for the first day, then 4 times a day until milky healing.

Sore throat:

Mix 3 drops of Blue Essence with the same amount of apricot kernel oil and apply to the outside of the throat area, drink at least 2.5 litres of warm herbal tea and keep your neck warm. Repeat 4 or 4 times a day until fully healed.

Scent bottle:

If you want clarity of thought and serenity, sniff deeply into the bottle, inhaling the scent 7 times in a row, slowly and rhythmically, even several times a day.
