The Turquoise Essence contains peppermint, rosemary (cineole), and true lavender essential oils, which, according to folk tradition, have an exceptionally refreshing and cooling effect on both the mind and the body. The blend’s vetiver, vanilla, frankincense, and blue tansy essential oils support emotional balance and help reduce stress.
According to experience, the essences of these plants, when massaged into the skin, can help relieve neck tension and symptoms of headaches, while inhalation may stimulate digestion and increase energy levels. The essence may also help ease symptoms of menopause through its cooling and balancing properties.
For pulse point application (inner wrist, neck, temples, ankles) – apply 1–2 drops
For full body massage – mix 8–10 drops with 10 ml apricot kernel oil
For foot rub – apply 5 drops to each foot
For use in an aroma lamp or diffuser – add 8–10 drops
For inhalation – inhale the scent deeply from the bottle 7 times in a row, slowly and rhythmically, several times a day if desired
