The warming, invigorating energy
The essential oils of clove, cinnamon and rosemary in Red Essence have an excellent chemical composition for their effervescent, warming and circulation-enhancing effects.
Traditionally, herbal extracts can be rubbed into the body to increase circulation and rewarm tissues, so they can also be used effectively on a cold body or as a warm-up before exercise. Vietnamese eucalyptus, true lavender and wild lavender essential oils have anti-inflammatory properties for musculoskeletal use before exercise to help regenerate stressed tissues.
Can be applied on the skin. Red Essence is a blend of plant oils and essential oils, so it cannot be used in a vaporizer.
Soaking, overheating:
Rub 5-5 drops of Red Essence over the tops and soles of your feet and 12 drops of Red Essence over the back.
Warm up before exercise:
20-30 drops of Red Essence rub the affected area.
Warming massage oil:
Mix 40 drops of Red Essence with 20 ml of apricot kernel oil and use for body massage.
Muscle spasm:
Depending on the size of the affected area, apply 10-15 drops of Red Essence to the painful area 4 times a day until symptoms subside.
