White Essence (10 ml)

Can be used in a mixture, applied to the skin, in a scent bottle, vaporized. Vaporized. Use 8-10 drops of White Essence, depending on the size of the space, in the diffuser.

Inhaling: 2 drops of White Essence

Drip the essential oil blend into hot, but not boiling water, then make a tent with a towel and inhale the essential oil vapour deeply. (No children nearby!) The blend clears the airways, loosens mucus, provides easy breathing. Repeat 3 times a day.

Energize: 10 drops of White Essence a few drops of apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)

In case of lack of energy, weakness, respiratory illness, rub White Essence along the spine and then rub a few drops of apricot kernel oil over the affected skin area.

Chest and back rub: 4-4 drops of White Essence a few drops of apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)

For respiratory, respiratory illnesses, rub 4-4 drops of White Essence and the same amount of apricot kernel oil over your chest and upper back, then keep warm. Repeat 4 times a day for a week.

Body massage/body rub in case of illness or for prevention: 10 drops of White Essence 10-20 ml apricot kernel oil (Prunus armeniaca)

Rub the mixture all over your body or massage yourself with the above mixture.

Of course, in the latter case you will need more apricot kernel oil.

Herpes treatment. Apply ADRIENNE FELLER UNIQ balm to the surrounding skin to protect your skin from the drying effect of the concentrated essential oil. Start treatment as soon as herpes appears. It can be applied in a mixture on the skin, in a scent bottle, vaporized.

Vaporized: use to re-tune the space, disinfect. 8-10 drops of Blue Essence, depending on the size of the space, into the diffuser. To soothe headaches: 1-1 drop of Blue Essence Rub 1-1 drop of Blue Essence into the temple area, breathe deeply and absorb the soothing, calming scent of Blue Essence.

Treating bruises and minor wounds. The essential oils in Blue Essence disinfect the wound, relieve the painful, burning, itching sensation and regenerate the skin. Green Essence (20 ml) Can be applied on the skin. Green Essence contains vegetable oil and should not be used as a vaporizer.

Treatment of forehead and sinusitis: for children, apply 1-1 drop of Green Essence gently to the affected area 4 times a day for a week; for adults, 2-2 drops of Green Essence gently for a week.

Treatment of ear infections. Do not put the oil in the ears.

Arthritis: 6-8 drops of Green Essence gently rub the affected area 4 times a day until symptoms are relieved.

Haematoma: Depending on the size of the affected area, apply 2-6 drops of Green Essence 4 times a day until the haematoma is absorbed. If there is a bruise or wound next to the hematoma, occasionally add 1 drop of Blue Essence to the Green Essence.

CONTRAINDICATION:

Use Green Essence over 1 year of age.

Use is not recommended in case of individual sensitivity or allergy to any of its ingredients. No known side effects or interactions. Do not apply to open wounds or beyond the expiry date. Do not use if the product is damaged. Care should be taken to avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes (mouth, nose). For external use only! When using essential oils on the skin, we recommend mixing them with vegetable oil to avoid irritation.
